From the Principal
Welcome to Raffles World Academy Sharjah (RWAS), located in the heart of the Aljada community. Opening in August 2026, RWAS will welcome students from Pre-K to Grade 8, with plans to expand year on year as the school grows, offering families a carefully designed and continuous learning journey from the early years onward.
We look forward to welcoming families from across Sharjah and neighbouring communities to our new school community and partnering with them to shape a nurturing, inspiring, and future-focused educational experience for every child.

Our Campus & Facilities
Raffles World Academy will have a well-appointed campus spread over 485,000 square feet in the Aljada area of Sharjah. The campus includes a networked library, specialist rooms for music, design & technology, art, dance, drama, and language learning, as well as a music and movement room with sprung floors for kindergarten students.
It also features fully equipped science labs, computer labs, and design technology labs, along with outdoor learning areas. There are three climate-controlled multipurpose halls for sports and other activities, two swimming pools, a running track, fully outdoor playing field with shaded play areas and shaded outdoor basketball, padel and tennis courts.
